All parts of the trimmer through which the product passes or has contact are made entirely of stainless steel. This is also a material used for other parts such as the top cover, handles and screws, etc. All parts are certified for use in food.

The large size of the 304 stainless steel tube prevents the accumulation and traction of the flowers, while maintaining their quality. The stainless steel blade for non-stick food processing and the 11-blade roll capable of generating 320 pieces per second also contribute to maintaining the quality of the flowers. The static blade and the continuously rotating coil result in a clean cut equal to the quality of a manual cut.

Barrel replacement

The design allows you to cut fresh and dry by simply changing the barrel. This can be done in seconds and without the need for tools.

MT Tumbler 500 MED includes the barrel needed to work with the fresh product by default. If you also need drums or just a drying drum, you must specify this when ordering a machine.

Electrical shutdown

MT Tumbler 500 MED has a security system that provides protection to the operator at all times. The design includes dual safety detectors: on the top and side cover. Built-in detectors require complete shutdown of the machine if the tumor is open during operation, avoiding a possible work accident due to improper use.

The trimmer also includes an emergency brake located on the top to quickly stop the machine.

Basic trimmer maintenance takes a maximum of 10 minutes without the need for tools. All parts of MT Tumbler 500 MED are waterproof. Therefore, complete cleaning of the machine with hot water under pressure can be performed in complete peace, followed by subsequent disinfection with Master Clean completely.

The addition of an input conveyor belt enables automation and increased productivity of Tumbler models, achieving up to 30% higher output. Adding an exit belt provides a convenient quality control system when used with cruise control. The belts allow the identification of damaged flowers and / or pruning failure.
